NATIONAL DIRECTOR

National Director, Nigel Le Page, gained a Certificate of Education, at St Paul's College, Cheltenham and taught for several years at Elizabeth College, for Boys. Subsequently, he became Chief Recreation Officer for Guernsey with responsibility for 240 staff and all indoor and outdoor facilities.

He then acquired a major catering company which he ran successfully for several years before setting up Helen O'Grady (CI) Ltd in 1994.

He was originally responsible for the management and development of the franchise network in the United Kingdom, Europe and the UAE. Then, in 2009, Helen O'Grady (CI) Ltd. took over the worldwide Intellectual Property Rights for Helen O'Grady, making Nigel the Master Franchisor. 


 EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL

Executive Principal, Alison Mazanec, joined Helen O'Grady in Perth, Australia in 1986 as a teacher.

In 1989 she was promoted to Deputy Principal of Perth branch, with responsibility for 1,000 students. She assisted Helen with franchisee liaison and became highly skilled in the presentation of training seminars.

Alison moved to Bristol in 1994 to assist with the development of the United Kingdom franchise network. She now operates the Bristol training Academy as well as training Principals in the UK and Europe. Alison is also responsible for the development of the recently introduced Adult Programme.

 

TRAINING MANAGER

Margaret Darley was one of the first UK Principals to launch a branch in 1994. Formerly a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, she built up a successful business with more than 400 students.

In 1997 she was invited to help with interviewing and training new Principals around the country.

In 1999 she sold her branch and subsequently moved to the South West where she is now based as a full time member of the management team.

Margaret teaches - and co-ordinates around the UK - the Kindy Drama programme. She is also responsible for curriculum development, as well as training and monitoring Principals.
